Welcome to City House, our wonderful apartment in the beautiful, historical city of York. Built in 1790, the apartments were originally one of York’s oldest pubs, the City Arms. The apartment looks onto the famous York City walls. It is a 5 minute walk from the historic city centre, nearby the river Ouse, and directly next to the Barbican Centre. This is a 1st floor apartment, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful nights sleep despite being next to many of the city’s best pubs, bars and restaurants. It is located directly next to York’s main concert venue, The Barbican. It is approximately 20 minutes walk from the train station. This is a first floor apartment, there 8 apartments in the building. Guest access You will have the entire apartment for yourself.
