The space The apartment features a kitchen, a main bathroom and a service bathroom, and 4 sleeping places, divided between two different rooms, one featuring a double bed (2m x 1,40m; 6,56 ft x 4,59 ft) and the other one a davenport (same dimensions as the double bed, 2m x 1,40m; 6,56 ft x 4,59 ft); this last room can also be used as a living room to enjoy a beautiful or work, thanks to a table and a door which guarantees your privacy. You can also find an armchair-bed to be used as an additional sleeping place. The apartment is separated but adjacent to my apartment, and my family and I, passioned by our city and its culture, will provide you all the information and useful advice to spend a nice holiday period rich in art, culture, history, nature and sport/recreational activities. In your homely relax you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and to take advantage of a cozy and wide private terrace, the access to which is completely free of charge and up to you, in any moment of the day. Guest access The guests have free access to the terrace at any hour of the day. Other things to note The apartment is located on the third floor of an end of XIX century building that’s been recently renovated. If you’re reaching my apartment by cab/taxi, is extremely important to specify to the taxi driver to reach the address coming from Via Crispi Street. The building doesn’t have a lift nor an elevator, but a helping hand from me or members of my family will be provided to carry your luggage. The apartment is not suited for people with moto impairments or disabilities Upon your arrival, you’ll find sheets, blankets, and both hand and shower towels. Linen changes will be done only for stays of two weeks (or more). The kitchen features dishes, tableware, pots and first necessity accessories; it also features a microwave, four stoves and a fridge. You’ll also find basic detergents and soaps. Approx. 50m (164 ft.) from the apartment you’ll also be able to find a delicatessen, open every day of the week (including on Sunday mornings), which sells house products, too.
