(30 m from the esplanade) The accommodation includes a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed, a double twin bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment overlooks a large shaded city garden (200 m2) with large table, chairs, barbecue, playground, large trampoline for children. Shops, beach and port within walking distance. The space Great for families. The accommodation is equipped to receive children in good conditions, especially young children (bottle warmer, baby bed, highchair...). The playground, trampoline and other toys are at your disposal, please respect them because they are our children's games. During school holidays, rentals are made weekly. Linens (sheets, towels) are provided. Upon checkout, we thank you in advance for leaving the accommodation as clean as when you arrived, otherwise we offer a cleaning fee of 40 euros to be paid on site.
