This home is walking distance to the resort at Hunter Mountain; it's a great place all year round for skiing, snowboarding, summer festivals, hiking etc. It's been carefully maintained for 50 years; Please treat it as your own. Hunter mountain resort is a short walk, and we’re just a few minutes to restaurants and beautiful destinations in the outdoors including Kaaterskill falls, Colgate lake and numerous trailheads. We are available with a phone call or text You can walk to the mountain although parking is easy at the resort. We have a landing above the house for easy parking when it’s snowing and a long driveway that comes up to the house when it’s not. There are security cameras aimed at the entrances and driveway.
