Guest access Guest will have full access to home. Must check in and out through Cheshire Rio Office, located just a 5 minute drive away down in Rio Del Mar. In the home there will be two garage remotes for ease of entry along with the Seacliff State Beach pass. There is additional parking on the driveway if you block the garage. This is a great neighborhood, can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and Marianne's ice cream shop. Grocery stores and gas stations just a two minute drive away. Other things to note Starter pack of paper products supplied, however you will need to supply anything beyond what is provided. Starter pack of supplies includes 2 toilet paper rolls per bath, a paper towel roll, sponge, dish soap and pods, cleaning supplies, and all linens. You will need to check in and out through our office which is located at 107 Aptos Beach Dr, Aptos, CA 95003. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 10am. If you would like and early in or late out please check with us a couple days prior to your arrival, and if property is available we are happy to allow early in and late outs at no extra charge. Please notify us prior to your arrival if you will be checking in after hours so we can prompt you.
