The flat got a lot of charm and is situated in the heart of one of trendiest district of the city, literally 2 min away from amazing Canal St Martin, but in a very peaceful street. Tons of restaurants, shopping options... around. 7 min walk from Republique Station (biggest sub station of the city), 2 min from Goncourt station. 15 min walk from Marais district. First floor. Fully equipped and furnished with taste. The space The flat got a lot of charm and really got the romantic old Paris feeling : beautilful wooden floor, very beautiful old iron fireplace (not usable), high celling, wild windows... He is furnished with taste (mainly with vintage wooden design furnitures from the 50-60's) and fully equipped : washing machine, diswwasher, oven, micro oven... Iam owner of the flat so I put furnitures that i really liked and are meant to stay here a lot of time... Toilets and bathroom are separated, which is always a plus. Situated on the first floor (you won't have to climb x levels...) but bright (southern exposure). The building itself is really charming, inside and outside (it's more than one century old). To finish, the location is just perfect :in the cutest and quietest district but in the same time really in the heart of the most vibrant Paris : all of the trendiest, youngest, most creative, fashionable.... district are in the radius of 30 min walk (Marais, Montmartre, Strasbourg Saint Denis, Opera, Bastille, Menilmontant, Oberkampf, Jourdain....). You re also few steps away from Buttes Chaumont Park, one of the biggest and most beautiful park of the city, ideal for a walk or jogging. Guest access Cannot be more convenient : Republique station, which is 7 min walk distance, is the heart of the subway network in Paris. If you come from the Charles de Gaulle airport, you just have to go directly to Paris gare du Nord by the RER train, and you will be 3 stations away from Republique. If you come by train, 3 of the main stations (Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord and Austerlitz) are just few stations away from République (direct with the line 5 Other things to note Here a few rules about the flat : - it's a quiet building with nice neighbours, family type for most of them, not students. So no party please, and not too much noise after 10 pm - i really like my furnitures, and i hope you will also, so respect it please. No glasses directly on the wood, dont leave no marks.... Same for the wooden floor : be careful about it - i ve got a nice library. It's of course totally ok for you to read the books (if you read french of course) but please don't take the books outside of the flat and of course don't take any with you ! - there's beside the bedroom one really small room, a dressing, where i put my clothes. it will be locked.
