A great family house in the center core of the old town. Equipped with 3 bedrooms with a king size bed and one with 2 separate beds, fully functional kitchen, two bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen is on the ground floor, by the outside stairs you get to the first floor where the 1st bedroom with a bathroom is and again by stairs you get to the second floor where the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are located. Close to the beach, only 5 minutes’ walk to the first beach. Close parking The space Family house in the center of old Cres, but still close to the beach, that accommodates 6+2 people. Guest gain access to the whole house with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is located in a quiet street, and it has a small terrace in which you can enjoy a cup of coffee or play cards. There is an additional terrace where you can fire up the grill and have lunch. Parking is nearby, app. 40 meters from the house on the Trznica parking place. You will get a card for one car to enter the parking. Cres is a small town with no public transport, everything is reachable by foot and bike, we provide 3 bikes, they are nothing special but they work. Guest access Full access to the whole house.
