This space is a dedicated full-time Airbnb home. Smack dab in the center of bustling Uptown Minneapolis and an 8-minute cab ride to anywhere Downtown. It is directly in between Hennepin and Lyndale Avenues, 1/2 mile from; the bus stop, Calhoun Square shopping center, multiple lakes and walking paths, and art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) The space You get all the comforts of home at the price of a studio. This space is the entire top floor of a triplex, complete with dedicated off street parking. The top landing/entrance overlooks my neighbors beautiful landscaped yard complete with two pet ducks. (Who are very respectful and quiet as well ;) Guest access This unit is private with its own dedicated entrance. There is a shared laundry area in the basement as well. Other things to note The main bed in the bedroom is a very nice, queen size memory foam. Southern exposure warms the room with sun all day long. There is also a full sized futon style mattress in the bedroom closet :) Please no parties or other loud activities as this unit does have two other neighboring units :) There is a camera mounted on the outside of the unit for your safety.
