The space The apartment is situated 18 km west of Iraklion in the small picturesque cove of Ligaria, near the famous tourist resort of Agia Pelagia. Built in a quiet and hospitable environment of natural beauty only 170 m away from the lovely beach, is an ideal place for peaceful vacation. This fully furnished apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, and a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed. All windows have screens for the mosquitos. In the nearby area you will find many tourist shops, taverns, bars, cafe, etc. At the beach you can find umbrellas and sunbeds as well as a diving center and sea sports! Other things to note Kalliope and Minos, the owners of this lovely place will welcome you offering a friendly and family atmosphere. They will arrange your transfer from the airport or the port and they will help you to organise your stay in Crete providing information on places worth visiting, in order to save money and time! They also may arrange car or bike rental of your choice with delivery at the airport or at the apartments. Upon check-in our guests are required to pay the ''Overnight Stay Tax''. This tax was introduced by the Greek Ministry of Tourism in 2018 and our apartment has the lowest fee of this taxing: 1,50 euros per night. Also the use of the A/C comes with the extra charge of 7,00 euros per day.
