Single room with individual bathroom and terrace in a recently renovated, quiet and sunny attic duplex. The house is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. The room available exits to a big terrace of individual use. The bathroom is next door to your room, for your own personal use. The second terrace is to be shared, as well as the kitchen and living room. Air conditioning both in the bedroom as well as in the common areas. Fruit and other snacks provided at your arrival. The space The house consists of a duplex attic, and the two terraces, are located on the upper floor, where your bedroom and bathroom are, as well as the kitchen and living room. The main entrance is through the lower floor, where I have my bedroom and bathroom. Guest access From your room you have access to a private terrace and the laundry room, all for your own private use. During your stay Hello! My name is Oriol. I am happy to be offering one room of my home and to get to know visitors from all over. I hope you will enjoy this place that is quite magical to me! I speak Spanish and Catalan, but thanks to instant translators and good willingness, I have so far understood well with my guests, and my sister who speaks English supports me remotely if necessary. 24h available for my guests, but I'm also concerned of give them their space.
