The house is located in Irgoli, a small village in the Baronia region, 10 minutes from the Gulf of Orosei, where you will find pristine beaches and crystal clear waters that are among the most beautiful in Sardinia. It is very well maintained and well furnished, consisting of a living room with a kitchen and relaxation area, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a veranda overlooks the garden where you can stay comfortably in total privacy. In the garden there is a laundry area with a washing machine and a stone sink. The space The spacious garden offers diverse spaces where you can relax in total privacy, tranquility is one of the characteristics of the property. For animals, which are very welcome, there are no problems: the garden is fenced and you can leave them free in total safety.
