Whole house rental is exclusive and no sharing with other groups. Other things to note 1)RESPECT TO PROPERTY- This is your second home while in Baguio. Please respect it like it's your own home. Kindly take reasonable care of the things inside the house. security deposit will not be imposed but please be honest and inform my caretaker of any losses, damages and breakages. Corresponding charges will be impose. 2)Children under 18 years old must have proper adult supervision at all times. They are not allowed to play and loiter along the stairs and balcony area. We are not liable for any accidents that may arise. 3)SMOKING is allowed only in designated areas inside the house. However, It is strictly NOT allowed inside the bedrooms and the outside perimeter of the house which is considered a public area specifically the porch, balcony and stairs. Baguio City is a non smoking zone as per city ordinance 34-2017 or the SMOKE FREE ORDINANCE LAW OF BAGUIO CITY. Violators will be apprehended by law enforcing agencies, barangay council and the village homeowners association . A minimum fine of 1000 pesos to a maximum of 3,000 pesos will be collected for those violating this ordinance. 4) SILENT NIGHT ORDINANCE QUIET HOURS 10PM TO 7AM- As a courtesy to our neighbors and to avoid village admin complaints, please keep voices and noise levels to a minimum from 10pm onwards. 5) PROHIBITED ITEMS- Flammable Items, Ammunitions/Guns, Sharp objects, Chemicals, Prohibited Drugs, Loud speakers, Karaoke & Videoke machines, Electrical appliances with high electricity consumption are strictly prohibited. 6) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED 7)COOKING- Dining and cooking utensils are available for use during your stay. A minimum fee of ₱150 to maximum of ₱250 per day will be charge for the use of the gas stove. Kindly return the clean utensils properly to the caretaker before check out. Bringing of utensils outside the house is prohibited. 8) CLEANLINESS- CLAYGO(Clean as you go) Please throw your trash in the designated trash bins. Dishwashing soap and kitchen towels are provided for your use. Upon check out, we appreciate if you will leave the place the way it was upon your check in- clean and orderly. Cooking & dining utensils must be turned over back to us clean and without damages. 9) Turn off unused lights and electric devices when not in use. 10) Water is precious- We ask you to help us conserve water since Baguio often has water supply problem. Please use it wisely and report any leaks to the caretaker. 11) Please ask the help of the caretaker if you find any difficulty in operating the appliances and equipment specifically Gas Stove & tank, Water Heater, TV and electric fans. 12) USE OF STAIRS- Please take in consideration that access to the house would require use of stairs 35 to 55 steps. Not wheelchair accessible. . If you have Senior citizens, PWDs or companions with difficulty in using the stairs, please do not book. 13) PARKING- Right side street parking on a inclined road is available inside the subdivsion .please take note of this precaution especially to senior citizens, minors and PWDs. 1st vehicle is free of charge. 2nd vehicle with minimal parking fee ₱100 per car per night. Maximum of 2 cars for guaranteed parking. Parking is first come first serve basis. We are not liable for Any LOSS or DAMAGES caused on the vehicle while parked on the assigned slot. 14)Please bring your own food and drinks 15) Bath Towels available only upon request for a minimal rental fee of ₱50. please surrender the towels prior to checkout. We will collect ₱200 per Lost towels . Guest toiletry kits available upon request for a minimal fee of ₱30 16) In case of power interruption, we will only provide emergency lights. Generator is not available. Non refundable payment in case you decide to check out early due to power interruption. 17) Complimentary wifi is available during your stay. In case of poor connection or in cases of wifi disruptions caused by the service provider or power outage, host is not liable to the guest to provide alternative wifi solutions.
