The house is in a historical building in the center of the old city, and features four distinctly designed bedrooms that represent Georgian mountains, forests, sea, and history. As well as a beautifully cozy living room, a modern kitchen, and laundry facilities. The Master Suite - Rustaveli Bedroom: The master bedroom is very spacious, and located on the first floor of the property. It features a King Size bed with luxurious bedding, a seating area, and has an attached en-suite bathroom. The decor in this bedroom is rich with velvet reds and deep greens. The wall behind the TV is hand-painted with the Georgian alphabet, and the art above the bed features one of our beloved quotes from the Knight in the Panther's Skin, which translates to: "Lion's whelps are equally lions, though female or male they be." The Mountain Room: The mountain room is the second-largest bedroom in the house, and is on the second floor of the property. Dressed completely in rich wood tones, it has a cozy lodge atmosphere, at the center of which is the fireplace original to the historical building. Set up with a King Size bed with luxurious bedding. A reading chair, a desk, and beautifully paneled closet for plenty of storage. This room shares a spacious bathroom with the Cerulean Room. The Cerulean Room: The Cerulean room is the brightest room in the house, outfitted in white and beautiful blue. It features a shiplap wall accent behind the Queen Size bed with luxurious bedding, and a lively paneled art piece by a local artist. This bedroom shares a spacious bathroom with the Mountain Room. The Garden Room: Last but not least, inspired by the Batumi Botanical Garden, this room features beautiful green accents. Set up with a Queen Size bed with luxurious bedding, it has its very own en-suite bathroom attached. Living room: The living room features a beautiful sitting area and a large TV, and is decorated with lush greenery and Georgian traditional wine-making attributes. The Kitchen: Right by the living room we have a fully set-up modern kitchen, featuring a built-in fridge, dishwasher, stove top, microwave oven, and electric Kettle. The kitchen is set up with all cooking and dining utensils necessary. Laundry Room: Camouflaged in the beautiful console right at the entrance to the apartment, we have a large washing machine and a dryer, so you don't have to hang your laundry out to dry in front of the whole neighborhood, or suffer the struggle of drying it in Batumi's rainy weather.
