Our unique penthouse is on the 8th floor, overlooking the landscape of the 'Yarkon Park' and the beautiful Tel-Aviv sky line. It is a 'Loft' with a bedroom plus family room and huge balcony with stunning view The space The bedroom asleeps 2 people (with an option to add a single bed for a third person). It is furnished with a double bed (there's a regular double mattress on top of the folding basis), chest, closet and tables. It has Air conditioning, TV with cable lcd and free WIFI. The family room + balcony outside has sofas, coffee/eating tables and a few different seating places to hang around. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster oven, electric stove, toasters, iron, hair dryer and lots of kitchenware... and theres a nice new bathroom! Entering the apartment is one floor after the elevator by stairs. Location: Hadar Yosef is a unique residential quarter of Tel Aviv. Our apartment is located near Yarkon park, 'Atidim' Hi tech park, 'Asuta' privet hospital, TA University, TA exhibition grounds and the National Sports Center. It is just 10 minutes drive from Tel Aviv's seafront boardwalk, parks, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and 5 min from train station. 3 free parking lots and bus stations are available on the street, and its just two min. away from Ayalon highway exit.
