Want an adventure with style? Set amid the lush rice-fields of Bali, just minutes from the center of town down a rustic path this is a place like no other. The space This space is uniquely designed for the adventurous traveler. This space incorporates sustainable materials such as bamboo, grass roof, recycled wood windows and doors in a modern apartment. The apartment includes a small custom kitchen, convertible living room that is both modern and artistic. There is a sleeping loft that is cozy and with a great view(but you have to climb a ladder). The bathrooms are open air with a stunning views of the surrounding rice-fields. Guest access The appartment is located just minutes from jalan raya ubud but it is down a traditional rice farmers path accessible only by foot. When you arrive we meet you and assist you and carrying your baggage to make this easy but its important to note that this is not a car accessible location. If you are coming with a car this will be a challenge as parking in central ubud is very hard to come-by. Best to come with a driver and have him drop you at our path and enjoy the walk, the fact that this is so easy to reach from central ubud. Additionally as this is a traditional path this means it is not paved and is meant for the adventurous traveler who enjoys a hike into nature to get to their accommodation. Please be aware that we do not have 24 hour staff at this location. We offer a maximum checking time of 7:00pm after that we charge a late check in fee of 200,000rp Other things to note This location is only suitable for the lovers of a proper eco-adventure. This is a luxurious and fully equipped apartment, set in the heart of the rice-fields. What does this mean for the guest? it means you will get the unusual experience of hiking in just ten minutes from the main road and town center down a small dirt path. Dont like dirt paths? this is not the spot for you. :) Our staff will meet you on the main road and carry your belongings, but you should be prepared for a very short but adventurous walk. It also means that you will be snuggled in a cozy spot in the jungle and get the joys of all those that live there. Your real grass roof with definitely have a friendly lizard, there may be a large but never poisonous spider from time to time in the outdoor bathroom ( yes you will be showering outdoors). when you walk to the house you will have ducks cross your path and you may even see an occasional snake. Also, you need to climb a steep bamboo latter reach the main bed its a sleeping loft so you need to be physically able to access this as its a small cozy spot, trust us its a great place to sleep. But if you are not physically able please don't book it. We really only want guests who want and understand these things. if you are afraid of nature and its elements or a bit of adventure this may not be the spot for you. but if you do, we very much believe that this will be the most magical and cozy stay in Bali that you could imagine. We only allow check in up to 7:00pm. If you check in after that time please request in advance of booking and we add an extra fee of 200,000rp as there are not staff on site.
