Beautiful sea view property in central Mousehole Sleeps 7 in 3 substantial bedrooms Extremely well equipped large kitchen, fabulous en-suite plus a large family bathroom and super comfy king size beds. The Loft is in an unbeatable location with views to die for and a 35’ living/ kitchen/ dining room overlooking the sea. The space Mousehole is a picturesque fishing village on the south coast of Cornwall, just a few miles west of the market town of Penzance. It has a beautiful enclosed sandy beach, perfect for younger families. Easy driving access from the whole of the south western end of Cornwall and its beautiful beaches, or a short regular bus ride from Penzance. The cottage is laid out as an ‘upside down house’ with spacious yet cosy bedrooms on the ground floor (along with a separate utility room - perfect for those sandy beach bags) Two large kingsize bedrooms; one with an en-suite and a sizeable twin / triple if required. Large fully kitted out Kitchen, open plan style onto the dining / sitting room area. Huge family bathroom complete with luxurious slipper bath and rainfall shower along with a beautiful en-suite to the master King bedroom. The downstairs also houses a den (or office if you really must) area with desk and beanbags (great for separating the gaming teens / work needy gang from the true relaxers!) But mainly, its about the view…. Oh the view…. Out from the living room and the kitchen towards St Clement’s Isle (we’ve even left you some binoculars for seal spotting!) Parking!! Mousehole was undeniably designed for small fishing boats rather than cars, but there are a few options. Firstly when you arrive, you can pull up on the yellow lines a few steps from the house for a short while to unload your bags, then it’s off to one of the car parks or on street options. 1/ the quayside car parks = £5 per 24hours, but spaces are quite limited (best to arrive before 10am or between 5pm and 7pm for a space. 2/ The car park beside the coastguard hotel £11 per 24 hours but invariably some spaces free (you can book online for a week at a time to come and go as you please) 3/ Park on the road between Newlyn and Mousehole - free and I’ve never parked more than an 8 minute walk along the seafront (sometimes a welcome escape!) Pets are welcome for a small extra cleaning charge of £25 Guest access Train to Penzance then a taxi / bus ride to Moushole Parking - paid and free local parking
