Clanfield is situated 1 mile from the Queen Elizabeth Country Park with its wild life and cycle ways and walks make this a favourite visit, Just 12 miles from Portsmouth with Historic Dock Yard, HMS VICTORY, Gunwarf shopping centre and Southsea funfare and sea front make this a favourite visit we are a 5min walk from the main bus route which runs every 20mins, restaurants and shops just 5mins walk away We also have a Hot Tub for your use, continental breakfast is also available upon request The space The Studio apartment is in the grounds of our rear garden which also contains our inclosed hot tub which has its own 40inch TV there are also two bench seats for your use the studio has its own entrance to the garden and its own private front entrance from the road Guest access You have your own front door and back door which leads into the garden and hot tub enclosure for your private use we are always on site for your assistance WIFI is included Other things to note Main line bus every 20mins 5 minute walk
