Holly Cottage is a cosy, four bedroom 19th Century cottage in the picturesque village of Holbeton, just a five minute drive from a beautiful quiet sandy beach. A home from home, ideal for couples or a family who want to enjoy the very best that the South Hams has to offer. Our tasteful and comfortable home is well equipped and has many original features for you to enjoy. Bigbury, Salcombe, Totnes, Dartmouth and Dartmoor National Park are all within easy access. The space The cottage would suit a family or 1 or 2 couples who enjoy the best of what Devon has to offer. With 2 real fires, character features, a well equipped kitchen and a pretty secluded garden, our lovely home is a special place to be. The house is a family home and thus equipped with all you are likely to need; wi-fi, DVDs, Board games, Books, 4 Bikes, 2 single Kayaks. Linen and towels provided. So why don't you come and make yourself at home in this wonderful corner of South Devon Guest access You will have total private access to the whole cottage and garden. Other things to note To add to your enjoyment we have mountain bikes and 2 single kayaks for your use (car roof bars required). You also get the pleasure of our 2 lovely playful well-behaved cats. The village has a very well stocked post office and general store and a traditional pub. There are numerous wonderful pubs and restaurants to choose from in the surrounding villages. If you want some city action, Plymouth is just a 20 minute drive and Exeter 45 minutes away.
