We are around the corner from University of Michigan's north campus, a 5 minute drive to main campus/downtown. You'll have the whole upstairs to yourself (1 bedroom, bathroom and a sitting room bedroom (futon/double bed)) and shareable space on the main floor (living room, kitchen, laundry) Perfect for someone in town for business or needing only 1 semester of housing. Quiet neighborhood setting. You'll either have the whole upstairs to yourself (when I'm home) or the whole house to yourself. Either way, you have access to the house including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. The upstairs is always private for you with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Easy neighborhood parking, Bus to downtown directly behind house. We’re happy to host you, but any visitors or extra guests will require permission.
