Our newly renovated apartment is situated in our family house. It is on the first floor and is located north-east, overlooking the main road. It's aimed for 2 people, or 3 on the additional bed. It is kids friendly, as is situated in a family friendly neighborhood. The space Our cozy and fully fitted apartment is located in Rovinj, Francesca Sponga Uspera 16 street. It is around 40m2, aimed for 2-3 people (on a sofa). It is situated on the first floor inside our family house where we also live on the second floor. The apartment consist of a big double bed, sofa, fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, private bathroom and a big balcony with the table and chairs so to enjoy the peaceful view on our big garden. Moreover, the apartment has refrigerator, microwave, stove, air condition, central heating, TV Sat, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Guest access Our guests' can easily use everything provided in the apartment. The kitchen is fully fitted, with microwave, refrigerator and stove. Our guests' have free wi fi access in the apartment, and have a parking place reserved for their car in front of the house. Other things to note All the taxes, registration fee, final cleaning as well as everything available in the apartment are included in the price.
