Spacious, sunny double room in large house, with private en-suite shower room/toilet and a lock on your door. Located on a cute cul-de-sac right in the thick of things in lively Levenshulme. Free parking right outside the house. Right next to Levenshulme station, one stop (7 mins) to Piccadilly, Manchester's main station. Lots of shops, bars and takeaways in short walking distance and a Saturday artisan market. You can use the well equipped kitchen and the garden during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to their private room with en-suite bathroom, the shared kitchen, the basement for laundry washing and drying and the garden. During your stay Claudia doesn't live here but she and her cleaner visit every few days to check the communal areas. Claudia can be contacted any time and is always happy to help with guests’ questions or issues. Other things to note There are five private guest rooms in the house, each with a key for their door which can be locked from both inside and outside. Guests are also given a key for the front door. Claudia is a Superhost and takes personal care of her properties and guests. Unlike many hosts these days, she will never use channel managers or AI for guest communication. All communication will be direct with Claudia and she will be personally responsible for your guest experience from beginning to end :)
