The space All apartments are luxuriously furnished with modern Scandinavian style finishes providing you with all the comforts of home, private 2 bedrooms each with an en- suite private bathroom, a lounge/ living area plus dining area, balcony and kitchenette. On the ground floor we have the main entrance, foyer and security desk. On the 1st floor is the ramp to the 1st floor guest parking which is safe and secure behind a large access-controlled gate. the 1st floor is the common area which also offers a small "garden" sitting area for soaking up the sun, smoking or enjoying the birds we feed. All our apartments are situated on the 2nd floor. The 3rd and 4th floor are business tenants. Guest access Our guests are welcome on the first floor- here you will find the parking lot for guests, the Garbage disposal room and a small "garden" sitting area- to soak up the sun and enjoy the many birds that we are enticing to come and feed here. Furthermore, the foyer on the ground floor, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor are all common areas that our guests can move around in. The top two floors ( 3 and 4 ) are for our business tenants. Other things to note The self-catering apartments at iKON feature contemporary decor and each have an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV with selected satellite channels. Each apartment offers a bathroom with a walk-in shower, amenity unit and a toilet. We provide towels- hand, bath and bathmats. Fresh linens with plenty of pillows. Should you require an extra blanket or throw, please do not hesitate to speak to the housekeeping staff which you will see working in the passage. Laundry is easy! Your apartment also offers you a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Laundry to be done by housekeeping, should please be handed into the laundry, downstairs on the 1st floor- at a per bundle rate.
