Delightful apartment surrounded by nature consisting of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom with independent entrance, located on the ground floor of a stone farmhouse in Tuscan style of the late 1800s. The bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. In one room there is a double bed and a single bed, in the second room a sofa bed. Outside there is a table, chairs and barbecue for dinners and deck chairs and hammock for relaxation. Pets are accepted. There is no heating The space The apartment is 15 minutes from the village and the Terme di Saturnia and 30 minutes from Monte Amiata, where the "Indiana Park Amiata" adventure park is also located and nearby the Amiata National Park Museum of Mines (Abbadia San Salvatore). For those who want to take a dip in the pool, 25 minutes away near Arcidosso, in Capenti, there is the Capenti Pool Park. For those who love horseback riding, the Ambasciador Equestrian Center is located in Arcidosso, 20 minutes from the house. Finally, for lovers of Etruscan art and archaeology, 25 km away is the city of Sovana and its surroundings, where you can visit: the Cathedral, the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Cave streets, the Archaeological Park, the City of Tuff and the Museum of San Mamiliano); 30 km away is the city of Sorano, where you can visit the historic center and the Etruscan Park; 33 km away is Pitigliano and its surroundings, where you can visit: the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, the Church of Santa Maria and San Rocco, the Etruscan Caves, the Civic Archaeological Museum of Etruscan Civilization, the Ancient Ghetto and the Synagogue. For everyone, however, the house is an oasis of peace where you can regenerate yourself by taking evening walks, meeting porcupines and fireflies and admiring the starry sky. Guest access The bathroom is large and equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The livable kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and the necessary (cutlery, new dishes and pots) to prepare and consume meals: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. In the larger room there is a double bed and a single bed; the second room, smaller, is set up as a living room with TV where the sofa bed easily transforms into a double bed that can accommodate two people. The apartment has direct access to an adjacent courtyard that is fenced and partly covered by a pergola leaning against the wall, where there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a barbecue for grilling. In the courtyard there are also deckchairs and a hammock to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the valley. Other things to note Before booking, please contact me.
