Small house in the countryside

Hi everyone! Welcome to our little house located in Auvergne. In the countryside, this cozy house is surrounded by 1 ha of land. Through your window door, enjoy the private garden dedicated to you, the barbecue and the small garden furniture. for a nap in the sun! 5 mins drive from our village village village, 10 min from our wine town of St POURÇAIN sur Sioule, 15 mins from Moulins and 40 mins from Vichy! You will find all the comforts for a quiet holiday! The space The small house of 58 m2 consists of a living/dining room with an extra sofa bed (120cm) One bedroom for two with a 160cm bed. Fully equipped separate kitchen Shower room with a walk-in shower. Separate WC. wifi available throughout the property. Located opposite our home ( but not adjoining ), we will be available for any need . We live with a dog, who is very sociable. We can provide everything you need baby , be sure to notify us beforehand so that we have time to clean everything. (baby bed, highchair , changing mattress, bathtub ). Supplement 15€ per stay . Guest access All areas of the small house are accessible for guests . Only the dressing room will keep "closed door", we store linens , household products... Can you park for free in front of the front of the house entrance. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided .
