Small house in the countryside

Hi everyone! Welcome to our little house located in Auvergne. In the countryside, this cozy house is surrounded by 1 ha of land. Through your French window, enjoy your private garden (fully fenced), the barbecue and the small garden furniture. 5 minutes by car from the center of our village, 10 minutes from our wine-growing town of St POURÇAIN sur Sioule, 15 minutes from Moulins and 40 minutes from Vichy! You will find all the comforts for a quiet vacation! The space The small 56m2 house consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm). A bedroom for two with a 160cm bed. Separate fully equipped kitchen . Shower room with a walk-in shower. Separate WC. wifi available throughout the property. Located opposite our home ( but not adjoining ), we will be available for any need . We live with two female dogs (beagles) who are very sociable. We can keep them in their kennel for your arrival. We can provide everything you need for baby , be sure to notify us beforehand so that we have time to clean everything. ( crib , high chair, changing mat, bathtub ). Extra €15 per stay . Guest access Guests can access all areas of the small house. Only the dressing room will keep the "door closed", we store the laundry, household products... You can park for free in front of the entrance to the house. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided.
