The spacious 2-room apartment has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a round dining table (dishwasher and coffee machine provided). In the living room, there is a sofa and an armchair; in the bedroom, there is a large bed (2 mattresses) with summer and winter down comforters, depending on the season. Books and CDs are available for your use. Mosquito screens on the windows protect against annoying bites. Guest access Separate entrance to the apartment. The apartment itself has a garden patio for your own use and an uncovered parking space right next to the apartment. Sometimes this large parking lot is shared, but it is large enough for 2 cars. Stairs are required. From the parking lot there are 4 steps and then another 3 steps to the apartment. The property includes a lot of swing and other idyllic garden seating for shared use.
