It has a new, very high-quality laminate in the rooms, new electrics, new water pipes, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, hood, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university and has green spaces virtually on the doorstep. Shops are within walking distance, both supermarkets and health food stores, etc. The bed is 1.40 m x 2 m. We have two more rooms with beds that are 1.80 m wide. The apartment has a lot of charm. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and bathroom. There is Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and basic breakfast facilities for free (cereal and cornflakes). All kitchen utensils can be used. There is a nice room in a 3-room apartment here.
