The space The property has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six guests: two doubles and a bunk room with a double lower bunk and single above. The open-plan kitchen and living area opens directly onto a sunny patio overlooking the stream. Private free parking is included, with an electric vehicle charging point available at reception (payable). Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, WC and basin, plus a separate ground-floor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and microwave. Guests are warmly welcomed at the on-site restaurant and bar, ideal for cocktails on the sunny decking before dinner. The same building houses a gym, with a hot tub/jacuzzi available from 1 April to 31 October. The gym, pool table, children’s play area and tennis courts are available year-round. Well-behaved, fully trained dogs are welcome. The location is perfect for scenic walks, including an off-lead route all the way to the beach via footpaths, farmland and woodland. Please note the patio/exterior area is not fully enclosed. Guest access Self check-in is easy with a key safe, so you can arrive anytime after 4 pm. Families will love the free on-site facilities: a gym, tennis courts, indoor soft play room, and outdoor play area for children. The clubhouse bar, serving food and drinks, is just a 3-minute walk from the house—perfect for a relaxed family meal or a drink while the kids play. Other things to note Pendra Loweth is a very low key peaceful cluster of privately owned holiday cottages set around a stream and beautiful gardens. 20 - 25 minutes walk to the beach. The house is close to a pretty stream but adventurous toddlers might need supervision. Situated amongst other holiday properties in beautiful gardens. Car recommended as public transport is limited.
