Beautiful location on the outskirts of Svesvollen Gård, in Nordmarka. The popular TV show "Summer Cabin 2023" was recorded here. The property borders the Svea water with ski slopes and swimming, paddling, fishing opportunities. Beach with diving tower. Possibility to rent bicycles and SUP boards. Distance; Hadeland Glassverk 25 mins. Kistefos museum 28 mins. 5 min by car to grocery stores (Bunnpris, open holidays) and 2 train stations. There is also a small slalom slope. Bed linen and towels included in the price. The space The "Old Living Room" is privately located on the outskirts of the farm, and has been upgraded to a higher standard with internet and bathroom, but has still retained its old charm. Guest access Outdoor jacuzzi on the cabin's private terrace. Small rowing boat down by the water. Jetty with bathing facilities, as well as a large floating jetty. SUP boards can be rented for NOK 100 per board per day. Other things to note Possibility to see/hear animals on the property. 6 horses, 5 peacocks, 6 hens, 1 rooster and 2 cats. It's perfectly fine to greet the animals and pick up eggs in the hen house :) (open hatch on the wall from the outside) Washing machine (used only by guests of this cottage), is in a separate room in the barn (50 m away). If a guest/tenant should be exposed to bites of insects or animals (inside or outside the cabin), this will not give compensation on reduced rent. A bit steep hill/access from the main road to the farm, but with winter tires it is perfectly fine to get up. Alternatively, you can park along the road or in the parking space on the other side of the main road.
