This unit is currently our only Airbnb unit on a second floor of a two-story building. There other 5 units belong to long-term rentals, so please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors. There is easy parking on both sides of the building. Apartment is on a second floor and does require guests being able to go up one flight of stairs to get there. Located conveniently close to public boat ramp/river access, within 2 minutes driving from Kroger/Lowes ,downtown Kingston, I-40 exits 350 and 352. There is some walkability, but in general you do need a car or a bike to get around. You can absolutely walk down to the public river access across the road kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need, but you should you miss anything, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. During longer stays we encourage you to take food waste and other smelly garbage to the outside garbage containers located conveniently next to the building.
