This is a retreat space. A ‘Byron’ feel with nature right outside your door. 6 min walk to the best coffee in town and only 2km to the beach. We ride our bikes to the beach and it’s a breeze. We are so happy to be able to provide a place big enough for a big family like our own. Please note: - an additional tariff is payable for a 7th and 8th guest - min 6 nights in Christmas school holidays preferred - the garage / rumpus area is not for available for use The space The house has 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a king bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the second with a queen bed and a set of low bunk beds. On the ground floor there is the main bathroom with bath and shower, and seperate toilet, and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The master has an en-suite with shower and toilet. The house has a large dining table that can seat 10, and a large covered deck off the lounge area that is also great for dining. There are 2 living / lounge areas. There is a reverse cycle AC unit in the main lounge area, and fans in each bedroom. There is parking at the front on the driveway for 3 cars. Guest access Garage / rumpus area underneath is not available for guest use however the rest of the house is.
