This is my spare room - so is only used by guests. The apartment is my home that I rent out when I am away. Exclusive use of the kitchen, loo, sitting room and patio. There is a desk in the bedroom and a sit/stand desk in the lounge. There is also a projector in lounge with Google Chromecast. The space Bedroom and loo on ground floor, kitchen and lounge on lower ground floor with double doors out to a small patio.
