It is located in a place where it is impossible not to fall in love. The proximity to a 100-hectare lake surrounded by pine forests, hilly shores and lush vegetation further contributes to its uniqueness. The building is directly adjacent to the resort, to which our guests have full and free access. The villa has a usable area of 99 m2. The building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa set, TV and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, mixer, blender, dishes, pots, cutlery). In addition, on the same level there is a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed, a vestibule, a utility room with a washing machine and a spacious terrace with garden furniture. The first floor of the house is designed for 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. We also provide our guests with free parking in the vicinity of the house, Internet access and a washing machine. Outside there is a unique flower garden with fruit trees.
