Spacious, bright house with 6 bedrooms (8/9beds). Beautiful spaces, design kitchen. Good matrasses. Very child/familyfriendly! Two bathrooms. Location is super good; 10 min to Utrecht city center, 45min to Amsterdam/Airport. Nature around the corner. Utrecht is a lovely, monumental town. We'll show you the places to go. We prefer a longer stay. We have 2 easygoing, adorable cats. They are independent and are happy outside and inside the house. They’re used to kids and very friendly. The space 180m2; four floors (so three stairs), large diningroom, fine living kitchen, big table with room for up to 12 people. Livingroom, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with dubble shower and bath). We designed our house ourselves, with an architect. Result: nice, practical, beautiful, bright rooms and lots of privacy. We live here with our four kids. For smaller groups lovely aswell. We love to host one or two families. Very childfriendly; lots of games, toys, lego, kapla etc. Each family can have their own floor and own bathroom, and share the other floors (kitchen and livingroom). We have three lovely cats. One oldie (19!) and two kittens (almost 1 years old). They usually stay downstairs and outside. We ask you to feed them twice a day. Because of that we dropped the price of our rental.
