Kela's SEAVIEW Studio is a modern property in the middle of nature, olives, the beach and serenity. It is a brand new apartment ,very modern and cosy. The sandy beaches, the mountain paths and the sea can be found within 5 minutes walk from the apartament. A box parking garage is available on the site and is included on the price. The space A very accomodating and comfortable place of 50msq. Includes a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen,beds and space for three people,a very modern bathroom and a big balcony in front of a garden of olives. During your staying it is possible to use a locked parking box garage, included on the price. Guest access Wifi and flat TV, can both be found in our studio.The studio includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with every commodity you might ask for(fridge,sink,oven basically anything you need for cooking).The main area hosts a king size bed that can be transformed in 2 single beds.Iron and hairdryer are provided.The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink,window,lawndry washer, etc.The whole thing can be air conditioned and is isolated.The whole studio is located in front of the Vlora bay with a wonderful panoramic view. The apartment is on the fourth floor, without elevator. The guest can use a parking space garage included in the price. Other things to note The place is the heart of the Vlora attractions.
