Our main floor boasts an open floor plan with a fully loaded kitchen, dining area, family room, wall mounted TV, Master on the main, designated work-station and a furnished, screened porch. Magical views of the lake! The second floor has two bedrooms sharing a 3-piece bathroom. Our high speed Internet at 170 MBPS (Star-Link) is what we have to cover your "out of office" needs. The space Our home is situated on a one acre, low-bank waterfront property with a spacious outdoor patio area, flower gardens, large grass area and plenty of shade. There is enough room to set up a volleyball or badminton net, to play a game of soccer, croquet, bocce-ball, etc. A great place to chill out, relax and create new memories with your family, friends, or both :) Our home is fully air-conditioned and also has an indoor propane fireplace should you decide to visit during the Fall/Winter Season. Guest access Guests have access to their own private patio, gardens, grass/beach area. The dock is a common area. There is a pergola dividing the property identifying two spacious, private areas, one for each side. There is plenty of room for each party. There is adequate parking behind the green barn (behind the main house) for both sides. There is space for as many as 6-8 vehicles. There may be other tenants next door during your stay. This home is ideal for large family gatherings. Rent both sides for an excellent, memorable time. Swim/boat docks are common areas. Kayaks and Paddleboards are also shared between both sides. There is absolutely NO DIVING off the Docks as the water is too shallow. Please obey posted Signs!! Please Note that the swimming/boat docks are in the water from mid-May to mid October, on average. The boat dock is in the lake as of Victoria Day, May Long Weekend. Other things to note If you want to bring your boat we have a boat slip with a manual lift available. We also have one full hook-up site for an RV/trailer. Use of these must be requested for and can be had for an additional cost. RV Full-hook up site - $50.00 USD per night Boat Slip - comes with a booking. If you require an RV they are also available. We have a Rockwood RV that sleeps 8 for $125.00 USD (Min 5 nights) Cougar RV that sleeps 4 for $75.00 USD per night. (Min 5 nights)
