All on one level the property comprises entrance hall, large spacious lounge/diner, sun room opening onto the private garden, large bedroom with super king bed and beautiful sleigh furniture also opening onto the garden, a bespoke bathroom and shower with body jets decorated with beautiful Italian tiles and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and granite work surfaces. The entire house benefits from underfloor central heating. Furnished to a high standard with leather Chesterfield furniture and chaise longues it is an ideal place for that romantic getaway or simply to relax and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Guest access Guests enjoy the entire house and garden. All towels and bathrobes are provided to save on luggage. A generous welcome pack is provided including fresh coffee, tea, sugar, milk, fresh orange juice, eggs, bread, stock cubes etc. Arrival is from 4pm with a departure time of 11am. Entrance to the property is via the front door with a key pad to the left and the code will be provided. Other things to note The property has a smart TV and free WIFI. For ecological reasons the wood burning stove has been replaced with a high end cast iron electric stove. Operation instructions can be found in the file. They property is strictly non smoking. You may smoke in the garden. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept dogs.
