Description

Situated in Kingston Beach just a 15 minute drive from the city of Hobart with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. There are various walking tracks along the water. It is in a quiet area over looking Mount Wellington and Kingston Beach with views over the River Derwent including South Arm and Opossum Bay. Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Bruny Island a 25-30 minute drive. The space The guest suite is attached to the main residence but totally separate. There is a large living area with with 2 bedrooms consisting of a queen bed in one room and single bed with a trundle in the other. A porta cot is available on request. There are tea and coffee making facilities along with a toaster, microwave and fridge. Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cutlery are also provided. We provide essentials for breakfast consisting of a choice of cereal, toast and spreads. Guest access Guests have their own deck at the front of the property with water views. Other things to note There is free parking available outside the property or if you prefer parking is available in the driveway.
