Comfortable Home in City Center

A home away from home. Our condo is ideal for guests who do not want to stay in a basic and unpersonal space. It is fully equipped and ensures comfort and relaxation. Prefer home-cooked meals? Here you will find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. Stores and malls are in walking distance, offering high-class shopping, dining and entertainment. The pool and exercise equipment in common area can be used as well. The space The condo is in Avida Towers Alabang. Guest access Access to the condo is by elevator. The lobby, pool, fitness area and playground is are shared spaces. Indoor parking can be arranged on request. Other things to note This home is fully equipped for comfort but here are a few things to keep in mind: - Are you planning on having visitors? Please note that the property management of Avida Towers has strict guidelines. In the past, noise and pollution in the building have caused complaints from the other tenants. Since then, access has been restricted to residing guests only. It is forbidden to host large groups of people in the unit and in the common areas. Likewise, only registered guests are allowed to stay. Thank you for your understanding. - Microwave is available but needs to be relocated to use as there is no power outlet where it is stored. Place the microwave on the opposite kitchen counter near to the outlet and kindly store it back to the shelf before leaving. - When using the washing machine, please note that your laundry will not be completely dry. Despite the inconvenience, a drying rack can be placed in the living room to hang your clothes to dry. As it is a small space, this is the best solution. Alternatively, you can have your laundry washed and ironed in the nearby laundrettes. One is located on the ground floor of the building. - We provide unlimited Internet (Globe UNLI Plan 1699). The nominal speed is up to 20mps, but in reality it may be slower. - For long-stay guests, we suggest a weekly cleaning service for a small fee. Please contact us or our caretaker for arrangements.
