Shepherds hut with log burner in Oswestry

Willowdene is our cosy hand built shepherds hut with its very own private Bathroom hut that has a shower with plenty of hot water and flushing toilet right next door! Willowdene is in the small village of Maesbury, 2 miles from the market town of Oswestry Shropshire. A short walk to the Montgomery canal for waterside walks and the Canal Tearooms which serve freshly baked treats as well as hire Canadian canoes. A choice of 2 traditional village pubs within walking distance serving home made grub. The space Willowdene Shepherds hut has a lovely log burner to keep you cosy during cooler months and a fire pit to enjoy outdoors whilst toasting marshmallows and watching the stars. There's also an outdoor camp kitchen with equipment, a cool box and BBQ. All bedding, Towels and firewood are included and there is some Outside seating. Willowdene is set within a small quiet campsite in the rural village of Maesbury with very little light pollution it is the ideal place for star gazing and enjoying nature. Ducks and Chickens are on site with eggs to buy fresh every day. Guest access Bus service from just outside the site on Maesbury road to Oswestry or Shrewsbury.
