Located between Quintin (voted 3rd in 2022 as one of France's favorite villages) and Châtelaudren, small towns with character. * 18 km from Saint-Brieuc, less than 1 hour from Paimpol (Île de Bréhat), 20 minutes from Binic, less than 1 hour from the Pink Granite Coast, Cap Fréhel, Cap d'Erquy, and Guerlédan. Kerlabo go-kart track 2 min away. Grocery bar in the village. In summer, open the windows with mosquito nets during the cooler hours, close the curtains, etc. The space Ground floor: equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room, 1st living room, 2nd TV living room (double sofa bed, 140x190), ground floor bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190), separate toilet, bathroom with shower and sink, laundry/boiler room: washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, 1st Floor: - cinema bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 people (160 x 200) + 1 bed (90 x 190) at the entrance to the bedroom - dormitory bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) + 2 single beds (90x190) - bedroom in the extension (140 x 190). It does not connect directly with the previous floor but can easily use the bathroom on the ground floor. It can also accommodate 10, but you have to accept having 4 people in the same room. 12 is also possible by using the sofa bed... and by not all using the bathroom and the shower room at the same time!!! Bed linen provided: fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases. Bath towels, tea towels, and hand towels are available. Cleaning available as an option (€60). Ask me. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the accommodation. Access also to the garden shed, and other lockable outbuilding, which can be useful for storing bicycles. Ask me for the key. Other things to note Check-in and checkout times are only guidelines. In summer, they are to be respected because it takes a good amount of time to prepare the house.
