Private double room, close to beach with parking

Private double bedroom with access to a shared bathroom. Free parking on the driveway. Central location, 5/10 minute walk to the town centre, nightlife and nearest beach. You can also explore the Jurassic Coast, Durdle Door, Portland Bill and the Fleet Lagoon nearby. Tea/coffee making facilities. TV with Netflix. Have invested in a new mattress as of late August 2023. Self check in from 2pm, check out before 10am. The space This is a private and quiet double bedroom with a shared bathroom. There is space for one car on the driveway. There is a fan in the bedroom in the wardrobe, please feel free to use in the summer. Guest access Bedroom and bathroom only During your stay I work full time and am usually busy in the evenings so you most likely won’t see me in person, but I am contactable at all times on my mobile. Other things to note Please note you are booking a room and bathroom only, with no access to the rest of the house. This is a person’s home so should be treated with respect. If you are planning to be very loud or have a very late night, please do not request to stay here.
