Private room in a beautiful apartment. IT IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTING but only through Airbnb. The 1 bed listed is a cozy metal bed frame with comfortable Deamwell matress (Full Size) and also with beautiful beddings. It has new & equiped kitchen with new appliances & a dining corner. Room is on the left/side apartment, picture shows right/front of house. House is close to everything and has easy access to JFK and Laquardia airports and to buses, trains, taxis, restaurants, etc. The space We have RING security cameras outside the property. There are lots of street parking. Easy public transportation and close to subway station, restaurants, airports. Easy access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island by train or bus. Bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, living & dining rooms combo is on the first floor. Kitchen is updated with new floor, countertop, appliances. Stove has convection mechanism and Air fryer. For same day check in booked after 9 PM, please call us after confirmation (1 hr notice) so that we will be on the same page for your check in. Room is always set up for one. If two guests are booking, we will add extra towel set and complimentary water. We always need at least 30 minutes notice before arrival. We do not allow meetings or parties in the house. Visitors cannot stay more than one hour and cannot use the dining room, living room the upstairs bathroom. Please note that apartment is partially furnished because it is waiting to be rented. There are couches in the living room. There is WiFi but no TV. Dining room table and living room couches are in a huge and spacious room. Only the front yard is available to guests. Please note that we spread old leaves on our yard to mulch the grass. THE ENTIRE ROOM/APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE During your stay We will be one phone call away Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM AND INSIDE THE ENTIRE HOUSE. PLEASE CLOSE THE WINDOWS WHEN AC IS IN USE AND PLEASE TURN OFF THE AC & LIGHTS WHEN NOT IN USE OR WHEN YOU ARE LEAVING YOUR ROOM/THE HOUSE. We do not allow meetings or parties in the house. Visitors cannot stay more than one hour and cannot use the dining room, living room, the upstairs bathroom or any common spaces. All visitors leave the house before 9 pm. No visitor can come in or remain in the house after 9 pm.
