The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance—just steps from Mansa and Brava beaches, tourist attractions, the bus terminal, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, and casinos. Our space was thoughtfully designed to offer all the comfort, safety, and convenience that families and groups of friends look for when visiting Punta del Este. Bright and Cozy:A bright, airy, and sunny apartment featuring beautiful views of the ocean and the Peninsula. Accommodations (up to 7 guests): Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1:Queen bed. Bedroom 2:Two single beds (can be joined to form a double bed). Bedroom 3:Three single beds (can be arranged as 1 double + 1 single). Safety and Convenience (100% Electric): Fully electric property (no gas used), providing extra peace of mind for your stay. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and full kitchenware, plus filtered water available for your convenience and savings. For Children: We can set up a comfortable crib upon advance request to welcome the little ones with care. AC and Connectivity: Equipped with split air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms for your thermal comfort, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV with Uruguayan channels so you can experience local culture. Exclusive Bicycles: We offer 3 cruiser bicycles marked with our apartment number (806) so you can explore the Peninsula and the coast at your own pace. The bike storage key must be requested directly at reception. Beach Gear: For your convenience, we provide beach chairs and an umbrella (stored in our garage locker). The locker keys are on the keychain in the apartment’s entrance hall. Security and Front Desk: Reception and 24-hour doorman service, ensuring safety and an easy check-in/check-out process. Private Garage: Covered underground parking space. (Note: maximum vehicle height allowed is 1.95m / 6.4 ft). Parrilla / BBQ Area: The building features a traditional parrilla area. Usage requires advance reservation at reception and payment of a service fee charged directly by the building. Laundry: The building has a shared laundry facility. This service is not included in the daily rate and is paid separately by recharging credits on the LAVOMAT card, located on the keychain in the entrance hall. Whether you want to relax taking in the view, go for a bike ride, or enjoy Mansa and Brava beaches just steps away, Apt. 806 is your ideal spot in Punta! Guest access The neighborhood (Península) is peaceful and great to explore. As soon as you step out of the apartment, you can walk through beautiful spots. We have a private garage in the building, and street parking is also available right in front of the entrance. Access to the building is smooth and secure, with a 24-hour reception. Exclusive Use: Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen), as well as our covered underground parking space and beach gear locker. Included Private Amenities: Exclusive use of our 3 cruiser bicycles (key to be requested at reception). Building Common Areas: The building features a 24-hour front desk/reception, elevators, a fitness/exercise space, a traditional parrilla (BBQ area), and a shared laundry room. Note on common areas: The parrilla requires advance reservation at reception and a building service fee. The laundry operates via credit recharge on the LAVOMAT card provided in the apartment.
