The space Clee Cottage is in an old established part of Wanaka. It nestles in a large private section with carefully maintained lawns and mature trees. The house itself is set up for cosy, comfortable living with a well equipped kitchen and laundry. There is a choice of seating areas both inside and out. Just across the road is a bike and walking trail than runs around the lake in both directions. There are panoramic views of the mountains from the lake front. Guest access The property has double garaging which opens onto a central courtyard . The entrance foyer of the main cottage opens on to this courtyard. The second cottage with queen bed and en suite sits just outside the back door.
