In nearby towns you will find museums, restaurants, ice cream shops; The space The flat, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, a large bedroom and a passage room with a single bed. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 200 square metres equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, with the exception of the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with the guests of the other flat. A ceiling fan is available in the flat for your comfort. Guest access You will have, for your exclusive use, the flat, the equipped outdoor area and the parking space for your car. There are only two independent flats in the building, so you will not have to share space with other people. Other things to note The closest airport is Pisa, which is a 25 minute drive or a 40 minute bus journey. The bus stop for Pisa, Fauglia, and Lari is 1.5km away from the house. The village of Usigliano is but a short 20 minute walk from the apartment, and an hour walk away lies Lari - a beautiful medieval hamlet with a stunning castle.
