Peaceful, large airy space close to Goodwood!

Private bedroom, hall, shower room and sitting room/ dining area with access to garden area. Parking space. V close to Goodwood & within 1 mile of Chichester city centre with all its attractions, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also just on the edge of the South Downs National Park as well as close to the coast and all that Chichester Harbour has on offer. A warm welcome awaits you and there is afternoon tea and cake on arrival. The space The bedroom has a super king bed that can be split into two singles if preferred and there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room area that can be used for a family with one or two younger children. The space is on the ground floor. The dining area has a fridge, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine so that guests can help themselves to breakfast at whatever time suits them. Breakfast is a choice of healthy fruit salad, yoghurt, toast, and fresh pastries served with smoothies, fruit juice, tea and coffee. If you have special dietary needs then let us know in advance so we can accommodate. During your stay We live on site and will answer any questions you have about your stay with us and hope to provide information/suggestions that will make your trip as relaxing as possible.
