Gite La Maison de la Mitoune 3, Villerouge-Termenès

In a unique, relaxing and preserved setting, come and enjoy happiness in the Corbières and more particularly in Villerouge-Termenès, a small medieval village, rich in Cathar history. Nature, culture and heritage lovers, welcome to Cyril's. The space La Maison de la Mitoune 3 is a charming house nestled on the corner of an intimate square, recently renovated, located in the historic heart of the village. The house is very comfortable, its decoration neat, mixing the old and the most contemporary. In a concern for cost control but above all originality, its layout was guided by the recovery and diversion of objects. The house is located away from traffic. A table and chairs are set up on the doorstep to allow you to have a drink, eat, read... However, it should be noted that it is adjacent to another accommodation belonging to me, so you may be close to other guests. The House consists of an open living room on the ground floor with equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave oven, induction cooktop), dining area and living room. There is no washing machine in the property. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed (160*200). There is also a bathroom with a shower; the toilet is separate and is on the ground floor. The house can accommodate a total of 2 people. Its surface area is approximately 40 m2. For your evenings, you will also find in the house a small library and games library. There is no TV, but we have free Wi-Fi internet. You will have all the tourist documentation to best organize your activities. Guest access All areas are accessible. Other things to note The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We sort our waste, we will ask you to make sure to put in the sorting bag everything that is paper, cardboard, plastics, metal and glass. Door-to-door pickup is scheduled twice a week in summer (Monday and Thursday at 8 a.m.) and only once the rest of the year (Monday 8 a.m.).
