A cosy end terrace Victorian cottage, dog-friendly village base for couples, friends — with two bedrooms, spacious private parking and outdoor space. Note: Shower/toilet is downstairs. Stairs unsuitable for toddlers/infirm. Old cottage has imperfections while gradually making improvements The space Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a cafetiere which takes ground coffee, for those who like real coffee. Living area is open plan with kitchen and includes Smart TV, with Sky service. The shower/toilet is also downstairs. The double bedroom upstairs overlooks the front driveway of the property and original village road. It has a UK King size bed (150 x 200) which has a luxury dual heated under-blanket. There is also vanity space. The spare room (ie. listed as a '2nd bedroom') includes x2 single beds. OUTSIDE At the front there is private double parking. At the rear is a small private garden space to sit - but not yet perfect. There may be some uneven ground levels so please be careful. This garden fencing has gaps and is not pet secure. Please be responsible for any pet and ensure the door pet flap is locked at all times. Guest access The property is an independent house for full Guests use during their stay. All accessible rooms in the house can be used, together with the double driveway and small rear gravel garden. Please ensure pets don’t escape through gaps in garden. Other things to note This is a serviced property w/ exterior CCTV security camera front facing the driveway for the purpose of security. EV charging from our domestic supply isn’t allowed. Caution: old house has steep narrow uneven cottage stairs we respectfully remind guests to take extra care when using the stairs, and please use the handrail when using the stairs. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or very young children for this reason . Toddlers must be accompanied at all times. NB: Stairs are not suitable for toddlers or the infirm. They have non-slip paint, but toddlers must be accompanied at all times. The TV is Wi-Fi based only and provides Guests with complete privacy when logging into their favourite channel apps. It uses a Freeview alternative called Freeview via the remote control button, to access free channels. The cottage may have some cosmetic imperfections while we make gradual improvements but is quaint, clean & cosy. The Main double bedroom is at the front of the property with double drive for 2 cars. This is offset from the village road. The rear bedroom has tall mature tree views which are pretty. Gravel in garden may not be comfortable for pets. Our gardener duo or window cleaners may appear for gardening or window cleaning respectively, however, they will not disturb you by knocking on the door. They may require access to the shed behind, during your stay. Our professionals aim to arrive around 11am, and usually take about 5 - 10 minutes.
