Across the street from the actual lake, close to the Fonta Flora hiking trails, 3 miles from 2 public boat launches, minutes from the beach at the state park and 3 miles to Fonta Flora brewery. This little lake house has everything you need for an amazing weekend kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, boating or just hanging out on the large screened porch. Top-notch furnishings and beautifully decorated with a lake theme. Has full kitchen with breakfast bar, large living room and big screened-in back porch. Has circular driveway and plenty of room to park your boat or a second car. *New* We just added a large outdoor patio with a fire pit. If you build a fire please remove all unburned wood and keep the area clean for the next guests. No renters under 21 years of age. Children accompanied by adult age 13-21 allowed. The television has a Roku for streaming media such as Netflix, Pandora and Sling. We cannot receive broadcast channels. Towels, toiletries, and Keurig coffee are included. Has full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster-oven and range available in the kitchen for longer stays. The bathroom has a stand up shower. We include soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Our lake house has lots of natural light. The main bedroom has blinds to allow you to sleep in late if you wish. You will quickly discover that we are detail-oriented and have made best efforts to have most necessities already available to you. If you need special items or accommodations please so not hesitate to ask :) We are a mere text/phone call away. If you need a boat ramp or a place to take your kayak you can either head north to the Canal Bridge access area or a little further down to Hidden Cove. Both are open to the public. If more than the amount of people booked spend the night there will be an additional surcharge.
