This is actually a small individual house with a nice garden, private parking, very close to the beach and tennis courts. It is In Bacvice area, 15 minutes slow walk from the center and few steps away from the sea. it is located 1 minute walking from the sandy and pebble beaches and it features 1 separate bedroom, 1 living room and a kitchen. The bathroom has shower. It is air conditioned space with free wi-fi. It the living room area there is a sofa bed . The space This small house is great for a couple who wants to stay longer in Split, also for young families with 1 or 2 children or a group of friends. It features small kitchen, nice size bathroom with washer, queen bed and the tv area. Bedroom is separate from a living room. The garden is full of plants and flowers, olive trees... with a good size table outside, lounge chairs and shade during the day. The house is right above the beach and tennis club so it is perfect for people who love to play tennis. The neighborhood is Bacvice, residential area with beautiful villas and restaurants, 20 minutes slow walk from the palace and main promenade. The parking is closed and reserved for our guests.
